The story
Started by Paul in 2023.
Property Repairs GC is run by Paul, a Gold Coast tradesman who’d spent years watching strata managers, homeowners, and real estate agents struggle to find a contractor who actually showed up, did the work, and sent a clean invoice afterwards.
He started Property Repairs GC in 2023 to be that single point of contact. The model is simple: customers ring with the job, Paul triages and dispatches the right licensed specialist from a vetted network, and we manage the work end-to-end. Single number. Single invoice. Multiple specialists working in parallel when the building needs it.
Same person on the phone, every time. Behind that phone is a network of licensed specialists across every common building trade — plumbing, electrical, fire, roofing, painting, tiling, carpentry, doors and locks. We pick the right trade for your job, brief them, manage them on site, photograph the work, and write you one invoice.
