About the team
A small Gold Coast crew that picks up.
One number, and the company finishes the job. Repairs through to kitchen and bathroom renovations, with a log of the work since 2023. Paul owns the business. The crew does the work.
The story
On the Gold Coast since 2023.
Property Repairs GC started in 2023. Paul owns it. It was set up after years of watching strata managers, homeowners and real estate agents struggle to find a contractor who showed up, did the work, and sent a clean invoice.
The model is simple. Text photos to one number. We quote the job and we finish it — painting, kitchens, bathrooms and the repairs in between. When a ticketed specialist is needed, their licence number goes on the quote. One invoice either way.
You are not passed between trades. The company takes the brief, does the work, and hands the job back. Paul stays the owner.

How we work
Four things we won’t budge on.
Show up when we say we will.
If we book in Tuesday, we’re there Tuesday. If something genuinely pushes us, you hear about it the moment we know — not the morning we don’t arrive.
Quote it before we do it.
Fixed price in writing, in your reporting format, before any tools come out. No scope creep, no “we found something else” surprises on the invoice.
Do the work properly.
We’d rather take the half-day to fix the root cause than spend an hour patching the symptom. Saves you a callback in three months.
Tell you the truth on scope.
If a job needs a ticketed specialist, we say so up front and their licence number goes on the quote. If it sits outside the work we do, we say that too.
