Repairs & maintenance
This is the short list, not the whole list. If it’s on a property and it needs fixing, building or finishing, just ask. Chances are I do it, or I know the licensed tradesperson who does.

Queensland law makes some trades licensed work. There’s a difference between hanging your new pendant light and rewiring the switchboard, and I’ll tell you which side of that line your job sits on before I quote.

Licensed-trade work
- Electrical behind the wall: switchboards, rewires, hardwired fixtures
- Plumbing beyond minor: gas, hot-water systems, drainage, main-line repair
- Roofing: full re-roofs and structural repair
- Fire safety: sprinklers, alarms, certified annual inspections
- Waterproofing: wet-area sealing in bathrooms and on balconies
For these I bring in a licensed tradesperson I trust, manage them on site, and put their licence number on your quote. You still pay one invoice and deal with one person.
An honest no
What we don’t do
- Major structural engineering: load-bearing wall removal, foundation work
- Tree work over 3 metres (I'll point you to an arborist)
- Pest control and termite treatment
- Heritage and certified-restoration work
- After-hours emergencies (I'm not the 2am crew; I pick it up the next business day)
