A kitchen reno is really four jobs pretending to be one.
You want the kitchen done. But a kitchen isn't one trade. It's a cabinet-maker, a plumber, a sparky and a tiler, and they all need to turn up in the right order.
So you're the one holding it together. The cabinets land but the plumber's booked out till next week. The benchtop template can't go in until the cabinets are level. Someone's standing in your driveway saying it's not their bit. And the number on the final bill isn't the number you were quoted.
That's the part I take off you. You deal with me, I deal with them, and the price we agree is the price you pay.

Custom cabinetry
Made by a local cabinet-maker to fit your space exactly. More lead time, but it fits the awkward corner an off-the-shelf box won't.
Re-face, don't replace
New doors, benchtop and splashback over the existing carcasses, when they're sound and worth keeping. Cheaper, and a faster turnaround.

I manage the job on site, photograph it, and send you one itemised invoice in your format. You never deal with the tradie, and you never chase anyone.
Body corporates and property managers keep me on their books because it’s one number, one accountable contact, one itemised invoice. You’re not briefing a different crew every visit, and you’re not reconciling four bills for one job.
Questions I get asked about kitchen renovations
- Do you handle the plumber and the electrician, or do I?
- I do. Moving a sink or running power for an island is licensed work, so I bring a licensed plumber and electrician, manage them on site, and their licence numbers go on your quote. You're not ringing around for trades, and you pay the one invoice.
- How long does a kitchen take?
- A flat-pack swap where the layout stays put is usually 3 to 5 days on site. A full custom kitchen with stone benches and a tiled splashback is more like 2 to 3 weeks, and the cabinet lead time is what moves that. I'll give you the real dates on the quote, not a guess.
- What does it cost?
- The quote is free and I lock the price before we start. What it comes down to is flat-pack or custom, how much of the old kitchen is worth keeping, the benchtop you pick, the splashback, and whether the new layout moves the plumbing or the power, because that brings the licensed trades in.
- Can you work with the cabinets I've already got?
- Often, yes. If the carcasses are sound, new doors, a fresh benchtop and a new splashback over the top is a common job and it saves you a full strip-out. When I quote on site I'll tell you straight whether yours are worth keeping or whether you're throwing good money at them.
- Can you do the design, or do I need plans first?
- Either. I can work the design out with you, or build to plans you already have. If you've measured up wrong somewhere, better we catch it before the cabinets are ordered than after.
