ServicesBathrooms & tiling
A bathroom that's watertight where it counts.
You ring or text me with the job. I work out what it needs, get the right tradesperson on it, and run it on site to the end. One fixed price up front, one invoice when it's handed back.

The leak you can see is rarely where the problem is.
A bathroom looks fine right up until it doesn't. A bit of mould in the grout. A tile that sounds hollow when you tap it. A patch of swollen skirting in the room behind the shower wall.
By then the water's been getting in for a while, usually because the waterproofing under the tiles was rushed or skipped. And to put it right means a tiler, a waterproofer and sometimes a plumber, none of whom want to own the bit before or after their own.
I take that off you. The waterproofing gets done properly by someone licensed to do it, and you get one person to ring if anything's not right.
Here’s what you actually get
- Tired bathroom stripped out and rebuilt from the substrate up
- Waterproofing done by a licensed waterproofer, with their licence number on your quote
- Re-tile over a sound base when a full strip-out isn't needed
- Floors, walls and splashbacks tiled, including large-format and feature walls
- Vanity, mirror and shower screen fitted
- Tapware, towel rails and accessories installed
- Silicone, grout sealed, cleaned and handed back
“Paul did a fantastic job on our small renovation. Communication was excellent and the job was completed to a high standard.”

Your options
Full strip-out and rebuild
Old bathroom out, re-waterproofed and rebuilt from the substrate up. The right call when the base or the waterproofing is gone.
Re-tile over a sound base
If the substrate underneath is good, we tile over it. Faster and cheaper than a strip-out, and I'll tell you on the quote which one yours needs.
Small tiling only
A splashback, a feature wall, a laundry or balcony floor. No full bathroom needed, and it's regular work, not an afterthought.
Why owners and managers keep my number
It comes down to one thing. You make one call, and I handle the rest. Here’s how it runs.
- 1
You tell me the job
Phone, a text with a photo, or a work order straight from your strata software. I get back to you the same business day.
- 2
I quote it on site, fixed price
You see what it costs before anything starts. Where the job needs a licensed tradesperson, their licence number goes on your quote.
- 3
The right tradesperson does it
I manage the job on site, photograph it, and send you one itemised invoice in your format. You never deal with the tradie, and you never chase anyone.
Body corporates and property managers keep me on their books because it’s one number, one accountable contact, one itemised invoice. You’re not briefing a different crew every visit, and you’re not reconciling four bills for one job.
Questions I get asked about bathrooms & tiling
- Who does the waterproofing?
- A licensed waterproofer. In Queensland waterproofing a wet area is licensed work, and it's the one step you can't see once the tiles are on, so it's the one I won't cut a corner on. The waterproofer's licence number goes on your quote.
- Can you re-tile without ripping the whole bathroom out?
- Sometimes, and it comes down to what's under the existing tiles. If the substrate and the waterproofing are sound, tiling over the top is faster and cheaper. If they're not, a re-tile just buries the problem, and I'll tell you which one yours is when I look at it.
- How long does a bathroom take?
- A splashback or a small tiling job is often a day or two. A full bathroom usually runs 2 to 3 weeks, because the waterproofing has to cure properly before the tiles go on and the licensed trades have to be slotted in. You get the real dates on the quote.
- What does it cost?
- The quote is free and fixed before we start. It comes down to whether it's a full strip-out or a re-tile over a sound base, the size and layout of the tile, because large-format and mosaics take longer to lay, and whether you're changing tapware or moving plumbing, which brings a licensed plumber in.
- Can you do just a splashback or a small tiling job?
- Yes. A kitchen splashback, a laundry floor, a feature wall, a balcony. You don't need a whole bathroom on the go for me to take it on.
