Most fence jobs stall before they start.

You've got a fence leaning after the last big blow. Or a pool gate that won't pass inspection. Or a shared boundary you've been putting off because it means a chat with the neighbour. So it sits.

You ring around. One bloke never calls back. The next one quotes for half of it. Meanwhile the dog's getting out and the tenant's emailing you about it.

It doesn't need to be that hard. One call gets it moving, and you're not the one chasing it from there.

Here’s what you actually get

  • New fences in Colorbond, timber paling or PVC
  • Storm and impact repairs, with the insurance photos and scope sorted for you
  • Pool fences built and certified (a licensed inspector signs the Form 23)
  • Gates: pedestrian, sliding or automated
  • Dividing fences done by the book, including the formal notice to your neighbour if it comes to that
  • Old fence pulled out and carted away
Paul and his team did a great job installing a new front and side fence. Would definitely recommend if you need any building work done.

Why owners and managers keep my number

It comes down to one thing. You make one call, and I handle the rest. Here’s how it runs.

  1. 1

    You tell me the job

Phone, a text with a photo, or a work order straight from your strata software. I get back to you the same business day.

  2. 2

I quote it on site, fixed price

You see what it costs before anything starts. Where the job needs a licensed tradesperson, their licence number goes on your quote.

  3. 3

    The right tradesperson does it

I manage the job on site, photograph it, and send you one itemised invoice in your format. You never deal with the tradie, and you never chase anyone.

Body corporates and property managers keep me on their books because it’s one number, one accountable contact, one itemised invoice. You’re not briefing a different crew every visit, and you’re not reconciling four bills for one job.

Questions I get asked about fencing

Who pays for a dividing fence?
Under Queensland's Neighbourhood Disputes Act, you and your neighbour usually split it. If yours is dropping the ball, I can draft the formal fencing notice so it's done properly and you're not stuck.
How long does a fence take?
Most home runs of 20 to 30 metres are a day on site once we start. Pulling out the old fence and the state of the ground are what move it, and I'll tell you straight on the quote.
What does it cost?
Every quote is free and fixed before we start, so there's no guessing later. The price comes down to the material, the length of the run, how many gates and corners, and whether the old fence needs pulling out. Pool fences add the certification.
Is the pool fence actually certified, not just built?
Yes. A licensed pool safety inspector issues the Form 23, so it's compliant, not just standing. That step is quoted separately so you can see it.
Can you handle storm damage through insurance?
Yes. I repair the fence and put together the photos and scope your insurer needs, so you're not stuck playing go-between.
