The TV, the blinds, the dishwasher, up on the wall and done right.
You buy the thing, you ring or text me, and I come and mount it level and secure. If it has to be plumbed or wired in, I bring a licensed tradesperson for that part. One visit, one fixed price, and I clean up after.

The trouble with one small job is nobody wants it.
You've got a TV leaning against the wall, a box of blinds in the hall, and a dishwasher still in its packaging. None of it is a big job. That's exactly why you can't get anyone out for it.
So you have a crack at the TV bracket yourself, screw it into the plasterboard, and spend the next month waiting for it to come down. Or the appliance sits there because it needs a plumber and you can't justify calling one out for twenty minutes' work.
This is the gap I fill. The jobs that are too small for everyone else are the ones I'm set up to knock over in a single trip.
Here’s what you actually get
- TV wall mounts on the right bracket for the set, with the cables run inside the wall where the structure allows so nothing dangles
- Shelving, floating shelves and brackets fixed into the stud or a load-rated anchor, never bare plasterboard, so they hold the weight you put on them
- Blinds, curtain rods and fly screens measured and fitted square
- Appliances hooked up: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. If it needs a new water or power connection, a licensed plumber or electrician does that part
- Pictures, mirrors and artwork hung properly and level, not on a single nail that'll tear out
- A list of small jobs done in the one trip, so you're not paying a call-out three times over
“Thrilled with the installation of a children's bookshelf. When a minor issue arose with the shelf dimensions, Property Repairs GC came up with a fabulous solution. High quality workmanship and highly recommend.”

Why owners and managers keep my number
It comes down to one thing. You make one call, and I handle the rest. Here’s how it runs.
- 1
You tell me the job
Phone, a text with a photo, or a work order straight from your strata software. I get back to you the same business day.
- 2
I quote it on site, fixed price
You see what it costs before anything starts. Where the job needs a licensed tradesperson, their licence number goes on your quote.
- 3
The right tradesperson does it
I manage the job on site, photograph it, and send you one itemised invoice in your format. You never deal with the tradie, and you never chase anyone.
Body corporates and property managers keep me on their books because it’s one number, one accountable contact, one itemised invoice. You’re not briefing a different crew every visit, and you’re not reconciling four bills for one job.
Questions I get asked about installations
- How long does an install take?
- Most are done in the one visit, often an hour or two. If the wall turns out to be brick or the cables can't run inside it, that adds time, and I'll flag it on the quote before I start rather than surprise you.
- What does it cost?
- The quote's free and fixed before I start. It comes down to how many items there are and how long each takes, the wall type and whether cables can go in-wall, whether anything needs a plumber or electrician for hardwiring, and whether I'm supplying the fixings or you've already got them.
- Will the TV or shelf actually stay up?
- Yes, because I fix into the stud or a load-rated anchor rated for your wall, not straight into plasterboard. That's the bit people skip and it's why mounts come down. If a wall won't safely take the load, you'll know on the quote, before anything goes up.
- Can you install an appliance I bought online?
- Yes. Bring it in the box and I'll fit it. If it needs a new water or power connection rather than just plugging in, I bring a licensed plumber or electrician for that part and it's all on the one invoice.
- Can you do a few small jobs in one visit?
- That's the whole idea. A TV, a couple of shelves and a set of blinds in the one trip is exactly what I'm set up for. Send me the full list and I'll quote the lot together.
