Paul has completed two jobs for me now — a new kitchen installed and laundry benches replaced. He communicated perfectly, was prompt and pricing was fair. Highly recommend.

Property maintenance in Elanora
Property Repairs GC looks after homes and townhouses across Elanora, set back from the beach between Palm Beach, Currumbin and Tugun. The work here is painting, kitchens, bathrooms, decks, fences, doors and the repairs that sit with them.
Text photos to one number. We quote the job and we finish it. When a ticketed specialist is needed, their licence number goes on the quote. One contact, one invoice.
Hours are Monday to Saturday, 7:30am to 4:30pm.
Elanora sits inland from the surf, so the salt is lighter than on the beachfront, but the sun still works on decks, fences and exterior paint. Much of the housing is family homes and townhouse pockets: kitchens and bathrooms that have done their years, plus the fencing, gates and outdoor timber that come with a suburban block.
It is in the southern end of the run from Coomera down to Kingscliff, close to Currumbin and Palm Beach, so an Elanora job is part of the usual week rather than a special trip.
For a body corporate or a row of townhouses, the same model applies. Text the photos, we walk the common areas, and the quote comes back as one job we finish.

Elanora — common questions
Both. The offer runs from a repair through to a kitchen or bathroom renovation. Text photos of the room and we will quote it fixed, then finish the job.
Yes. Sun is hard on outdoor timber and paint even a few streets back from the beach. We repair and repaint what has worn, and we will say on the quote what needs doing now and what can wait.
When plumbing or electrical needs a ticket, that specialist's licence number goes on the quote. We still finish the job, and you still get one invoice.
