Property Repairs GC looks after homes and apartment buildings in Tugun, the beach suburb between Currumbin and Coolangatta. Salt air sets the work: corroded hardware, tired exterior paint, decks, and the kitchens and bathrooms inside.
Text photos to one number. We quote the job and we finish it. When a ticketed specialist is needed, their licence number goes on the quote. One contact, one invoice.
Hours are Monday to Saturday, 7:30am to 4:30pm.
Tugun is close to the water, so fixings, balustrades, screen doors and exterior paint take the weather. Beach houses and the low-rise blocks along the strip both need that upkeep, plus the indoor work — painting, kitchens and bathrooms — that comes up between tenancies and after a few years of coastal living.
It sits in the southern end of the run from Coomera down to Kingscliff, next to Currumbin and Coolangatta, so getting there is part of the normal week.
For a body corporate, text photos of the common areas. We quote the list and we finish it, with the paperwork in a shape a committee can read.

Yes. Rusted fixings, seized locks, flaking exterior paint and timber that has greyed off are regular work here. We replace what is gone and say on the quote what can wait.
