Property maintenance in Varsity Lakes
Varsity Lakes is one of the Gold Coast's newer master-planned neighbourhoods, built around the lake and within easy reach of Bond University. The housing is a mix you don't see everywhere: townhouse and unit complexes under body corporate, freestanding family homes on compact lakeside blocks, and a large pool of tenanted properties.
