Service areas · Central Gold Coast
Broadbeach is one of the Gold Coast's most built-up beachfront precincts — a tight grid of high-rise apartment towers and resorts wrapped around the dining strip, with the beach and convention centre a short walk away. Most property here sits inside bodies corporate, so the maintenance that matters is the kind that keeps towers, lobbies and common areas in good order rather than detached-house work. Property Repairs GC looks after exactly that.
We run on one number. Tell Paul what the building needs and he handles it — many trades himself, with a licensed specialist brought in for anything that legally requires one. For plumbing, electrical and fire work a licensed sub does the job and their licence number goes on your quote. You deal with one accountable contact and get one invoice, which is what most Broadbeach committees and building managers are after.
We're local to the coast and work right along it, from Coomera in Queensland down to Kingscliff in New South Wales, so Broadbeach is well inside our patch.
Broadbeach is dominated by mid- and high-rise strata towers, and that shapes the work. Salt air off the beach is relentless this close to the water — it corrodes balcony balustrades, window and door hardware, light fittings and metal trims, and it lifts paint and render on exposed faces. The common jobs are balcony and balustrade repairs, render and paint touch-ups on weathered walls, swelling or seized doors and windows, and tired hardware on entries, gates and common-area doors.
Inside the buildings there's the steady churn of lobby, corridor and amenity upkeep, plus apartment refurbishments between tenancies — patching and repainting walls, re-hanging doors, replacing locks, tiling and bathroom touch-ups, and fitting out kitchens and joinery in units. We're set up to work around residents and building managers in a busy precinct, and to coordinate access in secure towers.
Whether it's a body corporate scheduling common-area work, a property manager turning over a unit, or an owner-occupier in one of the towers, the model is the same: one brief, the right licensed trade, one invoice.

Yes. Much of our work in precincts like Broadbeach is for bodies corporate and building managers — balcony and balustrade repairs, render and paint upkeep on weathered faces, lobby and corridor maintenance, and common-area doors, locks and hardware. You get one contact and one invoice, and where a licensed trade is needed the sub's licence number goes on the quote.
Yes, it's some of the most common work this close to the beach. Salt air corrodes balustrades and metal fittings and lifts paint and render over time. We assess what's there, repair or replace the affected parts, and repaint or re-render so it holds up rather than papering over it. We'll give you a free fixed-price quote first.
Yes. We're used to coordinating access through building managers, working around residents and keeping common areas tidy in a busy precinct. Our hours are Monday to Saturday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, and we'll arrange timing that suits the building.
Yes. Property managers and owners use us for unit turnovers — wall patching and repainting, re-hanging doors, lock replacements, tiling and bathroom touch-ups, and kitchen and joinery work. Prices are fixed before we start.
